Shinkansen — the Japanese bullet trains
The bullet trains in Japan are not about just commuting, they are a symbol of Japanese technology.
There are two types of cars, regular and the green. The green car is even better than the airline seats. Apart from the normal seat features, the seats rotate so that if you are a group of four, you can face each other.
They trains are spotlessly clean, on time and super fast. While you are sitting inside a train, you don’t really feel the speed. Wait on a platform and watch one pass by. It will literally blow you away. After seeing one, I was scared. I was scared as I can’t imagine trains running so fast. How can the tracks and trains be so perfect to run this fast.
As I read more about the bullet trains, I am just wowed by how Japan has created a wonder. These trains must be a matter of national pride!
