Spices


Even though we are carrying limited luggage, I managed to find a great way to carry some indian spices. I am carrying turmeric, red chilli powder, asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin and coriander blend (dhanajiru powder), cumin seeds and carom seeds (ajvain).
I wanted to carry some spices with me on our trip. I have never carried spices around while travelling. So I was looking for a way where I can carry the spices, not take too much space, use containers that are air-tight so that the spices don’t leak (specially turmeric) and lastly be easy to use. I found these small Lock-n-Lock containers on amazon. They are perfect in size and air-tight. Its been two months and I have been using the spices on and off and it works. No spills. Very convenient. And compact.
