Novokuznetskaya station

Where you stay is a big part of the experience of a place. I loved where we stayed in Moscow.

We were bang opposite the Novokuznetskaya station (not the most difficult name). We were 10 minutes walk from the Red Square. On the street were lots and lots of cafes, nice bakeries and bars. There was a good convenience store 2–3 minutes walk. There are lots of banks on the road where you can exchange money. We were just one stop from Teatranalaya (change for red and blue lines). There are three lines orange, green and yellow line passing from here. Most places that we wanted to go were maximum 3–4 stops on the metro.

And most importantly I felt safe. Safe to walk on the street any time of the day.

So just go for it!
